2. Products & Services

ExhibitBossPro provides trade show display systems, custom exhibit design services, and related accessories. All product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes and may vary slightly from actual products.

3. Custom Quotes & Orders

• Custom quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated.
• Orders are confirmed upon receipt of a signed quote approval and required deposit payment.
• Production timelines are estimates and may vary based on customization requirements.
• Rush orders may be available for an additional fee — contact our team for availability.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment terms will be specified in your custom quote. We accept major credit cards, wire transfers, and approved purchase orders for qualified accounts.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping costs are calculated based on destination, weight, and delivery timeline.
• Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. ExhibitBossPro is not liable for carrier delays.
• Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.
• Customers are responsible for inspecting shipments upon receipt and reporting damage within 48 hours.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Standard products may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original, unused condition. Custom-printed graphics and personalized items are non-refundable. A restocking fee of 15% may apply to returned items. Contact our team for return authorization before shipping.

7. Warranty

ExhibitBossPro trade show display hardware carries a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Printed graphics carry a 90-day warranty for color accuracy and print quality under normal use. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper storage, or normal wear and tear.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on ExhibitBossPro's website — including text, images, logos, product designs, and graphics — is the property of ExhibitBossPro and protected by copyright law. Customers retain ownership of their submitted artwork and brand assets.

9. Limitation of Liability

ExhibitBossPro's total liability for any claim arising from our products or services shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits or missed trade show opportunities.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
